Job Description / Responsibility:
- Developing new business through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors across the country
- Identifying targeted area and promote the business through proper agent network.
- Preparing business plan for sustainable growth
- Developing agent banking business considering both interest (Bank & Agent)
- Prepare all regulatory arrangement for launching agent.
- Prepare all required presentation and business strategy to make the segment successful.
- Planning for betterment for unbanked population to include in financial inclusion.

Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Business Graduate from reputed university
- Minimum CGPA 3.00
Job Requirements:
- Age 27 to 35 year(s)
- Minimum 5 years in banking (at least 2 years in agent banking channel development)
