Job Responsibilities  | |
- Prepare Annual Budget according to different segment of products.
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly strategic plan.
- Arrange team meetings to discuss sales status, targeted goal and implementation of strategies.
- Prepare report on field force sales performance monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Conduct meeting with dealers and retailers to collect data for improvement of existing business .
- Monitor competitors’ actions and execute marketing strategies.
- Collect market information and develop marketing plan for new product lines.
