Role Overview: Responsible for formulating & directing implementation of the Engagement & Partnership Strategy in alignment with GP’s strategic ambitions.
Job Responsibility:
- Direct implementation of all consumer facing Events & on-ground engagement/ Activation
- Independent activation to chase specific product activation target
- Implement Brand/ thematic/ campaign focused event & activation
- Drive the sponsorship process in the company including evaluation, sponsorship committee and communication with the partners
- Organize Sponsorship events
Implement Circle driven event/ activation - Lead establishment of engagement Channels i.e. Hangout involving appropriate digital services/ products
- Ensure development of modality appropriate for the target segment and achievement of business objectives in alignment with brand principles
- Direct efficient management of the Sponsorship portfolio and ensure proper commercialization & marketing amplification
- Oversee on boarding & utilization of the right partners (i.e. HoReCa, lifestyle stores etc.) for commercial benefits and for the right target segments (youth, HVS etc.)
- Ensure engagement of appropriate product and fulfillment of activation target
- Influence continuous innovation while adhering to brand, sourcing & other policies & guidelines
Education and Experience requirements
Education: Minimum business graduate, preferably with major in Marketing
Experience: 10 years’ experience in commercial and 4 years in a leadership role. Telecom experience is preferred. Experience in sales/ stakeholder management/ events/ partnership will be an added advantage
